These terms explain the basis on which Prestige provides digital products, training, coaching and consultancy. Specific client engagements may also be governed by a signed proposal or agreement. Nothing on this website guarantees regulatory, commercial or other outcomes outside Prestige’s control.

Commercial engagement rules
Scope-led organisational work. Bronze, Silver, Gold and other bespoke organisational engagements are not confirmed by website browsing alone. The final scope, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, fee, payment schedule and any travel/expenses are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
Fixed-price digital/professional offers. Where a Stripe checkout is provided, the displayed checkout price relates only to the named offer and stated scope. Additional or materially different work requires separate agreement.
